Program Guidelines
Rent the home for 24 months with an option to buy during that period.• Compete and sign

- Rental Agreement with Option to Purchase
• A portion of your rent amount will go towards your down payment
During, or at the end of the end, of the 24 month period, Brenton Communities will assist you in applying for a loan that will complete your purchase. You may use your own lender if you choose to do so.
Qualification Guidelines
• Credit Score 575+• Job history in same line of work (3 years)
• Car in good condition.
Process
• Choose the home that you would like to rent to own.• Sign a rental agreement with an option to buy.
• Brenton Communities obtains your credit report & criminal background check
• Move in within as little as 3 days from application.
• Home will be inspected every 90 days for physical condition
• At the 22 month Brenton Communities will contact you to attempt to make application to convert your lease to a purchase and borrow funds to buy the home from Brenton Communities.
