Meadow Estates, a Brenton Community, is centrally located in Madrid, Iowa. Just 20 minutes to the John Deere Tractor Plant in Ankeny or 30 minutes to the capitol city of Des Moines or 20 minutes to Iowa State University in Ames, Madrid is a quiet rural community of 2,800 people with a strong school spirit that Iowans are known for. In 1999, a new school building was built for grades 7 to 12 and all grades K-12 are housed in schools within the community of Madrid. Meadow Estates has 85 lots with off street parking for two cars on each lot and room to expand for another 35 lots. Meadow Estates has a playground for the kids and a storm shelter for all residents.
